The following is a list of positions:   


TREATMENT COORDINATOR —OPEN

  • Type: Full Time (exempt)

  • Main Duties:  Manage a caseload of 8-10 youth in treatment foster care, facilitate monthly treatment team meetings, conduct monthly home visits, provide support and supervision to foster parents, complete regulatory documentation. 

  • Required Education:  Bachelor or Master degree in a human service field, pass criminal background and reference checks, have reliable transportation, and ability to read/write/type in English. Internship opportunities also available if degree is not attained with potential for future hire.

MENTAL HEALTH OUTPATIENT THERAPIST —OPEN

  • Type:  Full Time (contract), Part Time (contract)

  • Main Duties:  Provide Individual and family therapy to youth and/or families. Telehealth options available. Caseload is dependent on FT or PT status. Internship opportunities also available if not presently licensed with potential for future hire. 

  • Required Licensure:  active NM Therapy Board License (LMHC, LMSW, LPCC, AMFT, LMFT, LCSW)

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST or CERTIFIED OT ASSISTANT — OPEN

  • Type: Contract

  • Main Duties:  Provide trauma informed pediatric OT evaluations and treatment to children ages 0-18

  • Required Education/Licensure:  OTR/L or COTA

  • Available Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST or CERTIFIED OT ASSISTANT -SUMMER 2024— OPEN

  • Type: Contract

  • Main Duties:  Provide OT in our 6-week summer group program focusing on social skills for children ages 2-12 years old. These groups focus on building necessary social skills in a focused and supported group environment. Each of the six weeks offers a unique theme, which allows children to play and learn together while improving social skills.

  • Required Education/Licensure:  OTR/L, COTA or permits

  • Hours/Schedule: June-July (3 days a week)


TFC THERAPIST —CLOSED

  • Type: Full Time (exempt), Full Time (contract), Part Time (contract)

  • Main Duties:  Provide weekly individual and family therapy to youth in treatment foster care, participate in team meetings, update treatment plans, train foster parents, and work closely with foster parents and treatment coordinators on each case. Caseload is dependent on FT or PT status. Internship opportunities also available if not presently licensed with potential for future hire. 

  • Required Education/Licensure:  Master’s Degree with active NM Therapy Board License (LMHC, LMSW, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW)

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR —CLOSED

  • Type: Part Time (contract)

  • Main Duties:  Evaluating progress in treatment of youth in treatment foster care and signing the treatment documents (assessments, treatment plans, discharge summaries) and weekly individual supervision.   Responsible for working closely with the TFC team which includes treatment parents, treatment coordinators, therapists, homestudy evaluators and other supervisors/managers.

  • Required Education/Licensure:  Master’s Degree with active NM Therapy Board License (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW)

BEHAVIORAL RESPITE COORDINATOR —CLOSED

  • Type: Full Time (exempt)

  • Main Duties:  Manage a caseload of youth and families receiving behavioral respite services, Coordinate and facilitate meeting between clients and respite caregivers, Review respite schedule, service activity notes, manage annual respite hour allotment, Conduct monthly home visits and document contacts, Develop initial and annual respite planning documents, Provide support, training, and supervision to respite caregivers, Participate in Oncall rotation

  • Required Education:  High School Diploma/GED or higher, Valid driver’s license and insurance, Pass background and reference checks, Experience working with youth and families, Ability to read and write English
